Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Must have sound knowledge of repair and maintenance of tires.
• Must have good analysis skills in order to find potential problems with tires.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and decision making abilities.
• Must have a sound knowledge of tools and machines used for changing tires in heavy vehicles and the safety precautions.
• Must have good organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to work with heavy machines and lift loads.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow directives.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment and think critically, diagnose problems and carry out repairs. Should be socially perceptive and have good time management skills.
• Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected.
• Must possess mechanical aptitude.
• Team Player.
