Bella Vista Health Center is a 99-bed post acute short-term rehabilitation facility conveniently located in Lemon Grove, CA. We are currently looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) both experienced and new grads.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications and Skills
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted
- Current, unencumbered, California Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities
- Med Pass
- Supervise day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants
- Review resident care plans daily to ensure that appropriate care is being given
- Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
