We are looking for candidates to join our award-winning culture and support our mission of caring. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (Case Manager) to provide hospice care for patients at our Hospice House in Newton, NC.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about giving world-class care to all individuals and their families to enhance their day to day living.
Our Hospice Houses offer low nurse to patient ratios in a multi-generational setting. This allows clinical staff the opportunity to learn and grow their skills while providing compassionate care to our patients and families.
