Job description
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide services for an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Prince George’s County, MD. The Supervisor is responsible for directing the organization's overall rehabilitation program for all clients on caseload and ensure COMAR regulations are followed.
- Duties to include but not limited to;
- Direct supervision of direct care staff
- Conduct monthly individual supervision to direct care staff
- Assign new cases to coordinators
- Weekly review and sign off of progress notes
- Obtain and maintain client authorizations
- Provides necessary training to coordinators to remain in compliance with COMAR Regulations
- Participate in annual performance evaluations for direct care staff
- Obtain Case Notes in accordance with company policy
- Create Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP) and updates for each client in collaboration with PRP Coordinator
Qualifications:
Is a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of four years direct care experience working with emotionally disturbed youth and adults
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must have CPR and First Aid
Mental Health Professional in the state of Maryland
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
