Job description
Our client is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a 3-6 month contract. Hours will be M-F with an unpaid lunch break for 40 hours per week.

MUST-HAVES:

High School Diploma or equivalent

0-2 years of related experience

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Basic understanding of computer security measures and authentication methods.

Knowledge or experience with Cisco, Google and Jump Cloud

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10 a must, 11 bonus)

Knowledge of Google Suite Platform

Technologies company currently uses: (key priorities are bolded)

Cisco: Network

Meraki AP (Wireless AP feature)

Mail: Google

Active Directory: Jump Cloud

Inventory/ Asset Management tool: Wasp

Armor point- Network Security

Proofpoint: Mail security

Key & Strike system: simple badging

SOFT SKILLS:

Uphold interpersonal skills: telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication, active listening, and customer-care.

Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and technology used to provide services.

Adaptable to changes and ability to multitask.

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Takes direction from senior IT Support Technicians and Director

Eager to learn.
