LEASING PROFESSIONAL LEASE UP - DWELL OVIEDO

Seeking experienced Leasing professional with Lease up experience in luxury apartment communities to join our team! Prior apartment experience & weekends required; new construction & luxury community experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Development and implement marketing, leasing, corporate outreach with goal to sustain velocity and occupancy benchmarks.

· Responsible for pre-leasing, leasing, marketing in a face paced environment. Must have exceptional follow up skills.

· Create and execute sales, marketing & advertising plans, and operational activities to achieve optimal occupancy and resident retention goals.

· Deliver consistent customer satisfaction and receive positive community review, maintain great customer relations with customers and vendors.

· Prepare weekly marketing, traffic and weekly reports.

· Complete regular market comparisons and submarket analysis

· Ensure data input and follow up with future and current residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior experience in multifamily/apartments required, new construction experience is preferred

· Leasing software exp. Entrata preferred, and Microsoft 365

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

· Excellent verbal, written communication with interpersonal skills

· Keen attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach

· Professional demeaner with a focus on exceptional customer service and effective communication

EDUCATION:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Associate Degree or greater preferred

· Professional accreditation preferred

· Familiar with Federal, state and local Fair Housing Laws

OTHER:

· Good oral and written communication

· Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

· Ability to speak, read and write English Fluently

· Must have FL Driver's license

· Professional attire

· Salary: hourly plus bonuses
