* $500 hiring incentive available for this position - $250 after the first 90 days and $250 after six months*

The Hours:

Tuesday through Saturday (approximately 35 hours per week) 9:30am to 5:00pm

Bonus and Commission eligible

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience

A Typical Day as a Leasing Coordinator

• Assist with initial new build lease-up including using Knock to identify qualified leads, scheduling and providing tours
• Coordinate move-ins
• Coordinate move-outs
• Prepare renewal paperwork, meet with resident to secure signatures, test pull-cords & scan/upload upon completion
• Provide tours as directed by Director of Community Services
• Coordinate internal moves
• Provide Notice to Vacate packet to residents
• Check models to be sure they are in showable condition
• Check vacant units to be sure they are in showable condition
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, training, and community events as required.
• Adhere to established dress code.
• Provide reporting of duties as requested.
