Responsibilities

• Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent, availability and floorplans.
• Unlock model homes, display flyers outside, stock refreshments/snacks prior to guests arrival each morning
• Closing duties - email sign-in sheet to management to track, put away flyers, refreshments left out, etc.
• Maintain office presentation
• Monitors all vacant properties.
• Sparkle clean as necessary.
• Fill out and maintain guest cards on each prospect
• Maintain traffic/lease activity tracker
