JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Cabin Apperance Agent is responsible for immediate oversight of the hub operation to ensure all performance goals are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughl

Provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed

Work closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly

Effectively communicate with all hub services agents

Ensure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processed
Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times

Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
The ability to work independently without direct supervision
Experience working on a computer, tablet or smart phone
The ability to confront a variety of problems and challenges with a calm demeaner
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Strong communication skills
Must successfully complete all required training
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time, lift up to 70 lbs. and work outside in all types of weather and environmental conditions
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any airport or regulatory credentials necessary for the position
Must have flexible schedule availability to cover a 24 hour per day 7 day per week operation including weekends and holidays as assigned
Must pass a United Ground Express background check, drug test and fingerprint-based criminal history check and qualify to obtain any airport required certification.
