Job description
Edmond geotechnical engineering firm is seeking full-time soils laboratory technician. No experience necessary. The best candidate will be a well organized, self motivated, team player with a good attitude and attention to detail. Mechanical and/or math background is preferred. Candidate will be required to perform basic geotechnical laboratory testing, which will be taught on the job. Tests include, but are not limited to, Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, moisture content and processing of material. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Though overtime and weekend work is rare for this position, candidate must be willing to work these hours when required.
