Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, nursing or related field required
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Clinical/Nursing background is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Long Term Care experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Long Term Care rules and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Lead, conduct or assist with investigations
• Implement and enforce compliance policies
• Complete audits as needed
• Develop, conduct, assist with and work with leadership staff on compliance education
• Monitor Affirmative Action Plans
• Backup Administrator to the Ethicspoint Hotline system.
• Provide reports as requested
