We are looking for Jr Accountant to join our team! This is a great position to get into the accounting world or to gain experience while getting your degree. The position is responsible for posting journal entries document archive and verifying cash posting. Assists the accounting team with various accounting functions and performs related worked as required. Great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Billing related to postage
- Document Archiving
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- High degree of computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and integrated ERP systems
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and strong organizational details
- Works with various employees and department heads to ensure payments are made properly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to successfully interface with all levels of our organization
- Ability to learn, work with and enhance multiple accounting/ERP systems
- Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
