IT Security Consultant Opportunity at TechMAX (dba DiMAX)

Looking for an opportunity to have your skills make a difference in a fast-growing company? We’re looking for an experienced IT Security Consultant that loves to work in a fast-paced environment. Techmax (DiMAX) is a rapidly growing, local technology company that offers some of the most advanced IT products and services to area businesses.

DiMAX has been a family-owned and operated business for 15 years, with 21 staffers, in two offices with a third coming soon. Our main office is located 35 minutes southeast of Madison, just north of Janesville, and we have a branch location off the Beltline and Fish Hatch in Madison, with our newest location opening in Brookfield. This position will support the IT security needs of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Security assessments on client systems and network
• Communicate security Assessment findings to clients
• Coordinate security resourcesneeded to support clients
• Design and manage security projects for clients
• Organize Internal and External Resources to deliver IT Security solutions
• Work with our IT & Security Manager and other IT Team Members
• Stay current with IT Security Best Practices & Certifications

Certifications: The ideal candidate will hold the CompTIA Security+ certification or better, or able to obtain the certification within 90-days of their hire date. Other networking, system, and security certifications are a welcomed bonus. CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CASP, CISSP & CompTIA CASP+, CySA+, PenTest+, Project+, Network+, Cloud+

Compensation: The candidates compensation will be based on experiance and certifications. We will also provide bonuses on project performance, growth, and client retention.
