WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

Quadratec is actively seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and take-charge IT Manager to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitate prompt resolution of end-user issues
• Serve as a local escalation point for all local IT issues
• Be a mentor/leader to the IT team
• Effectively manage relationships and projects with outside vendors
• Manage local inventory of IT hardware
• Keep task list organized.
• Lead IT projects, tasks and other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED!

Experience: At least 5 years of related experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field

Skills:

• Excellent leadership skills are required.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Office
• Experience with helpdesk, PC set up and Cyber Security is required.
• Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism
• Strong strategic & critical thinking capabilities, attention to detail, autonomy, and decision-making skills
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Team player with willingness to lead and collaborate
