Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management to resolve complex customer issues.
• Prioritize and execute customer requests.
• Create, interpret, and apply complex mathematical formulas and statistical techniques to solve mathematical problems.
• Support the development of statistical techniques, data structures, and computer programs.
• Research, implement, and maintain mathematical or statistical models of risk in financial institutions or other organizations.
• Work as part of a team.Reviewing invoices to ensure that they are accurate and complete before sending them to customers
• Tracking and managing incoming payments, including sending reminders to customers when bills are overdue
• Maintaining customer records including contact information, purchase history, account status, and other data
• Preparing invoices, bills, or statements for services rendered or goods sold
• Preparing monthly reports detailing sales activity, outstanding balances, and other business metrics
• Contacting clients to answer questions about billing statements or payment plans
• Communicating with vendors about order status, delivery schedules, and payment problems
• Communicating with customers to answer questions about products and services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,769.00 - $48,367.00 per year
