Summary:
Assures proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.

Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Carlisle, PA

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for clerical Inventory Control functions for assigned stores.
• Process store orders.
• Run specified weekly reports for stores.
• Set up part numbers.
• Research any questions or problems for assigned branches.
• Work on “On Order” file with Allentown and Uniontown.
• Attach write-ups.
• Help with filing open/closed PO’s.
• Help with price changes and file maintenance.
• Back up inventory control department as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Education and or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
