Job description

Licensed Behavioral Health Care Clinician and Master Level Direct Care Provider to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) psycho-therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. IIC treatment is goal oriented and needs based; it addresses emotional and behavioral challenges of youth with moderate to high needs; the primary focus is on symptom reduction and individual skill development. Services are short-term with projected time frames.

We are looking for Intensive In-Community Clinicians (IIC) in the following counties: Somerset, Hunterdon, Union, Warren, Essex, Passaic, Sussex and Morris.

Responsibilities

• Working with youth ages 4-21 and their families providing short-term counseling in their home and/or community.
• Meet with families for the required amount of time for the required length of treatment.
• Collaborate and actively participate with Child and Family Team to best meet youth's goals and needs.
• Complete all documentation to the proper standards.
• Communication skills.
• Additional information provided upon interview.

Requirements

• Professional License: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year of direct practice experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus.
