Farmers Insurance Kansas City - At Farmers Insurance, we have a vested interest in the success of our Agency Owners. We are constantly adapting new ways to better assist the agencies within our District to achieve their goals. We currently manage a 60 million dollar book of business, and have tried and tested training and support to bring on individuals who wish to take control over their income and destiny. We are not looking for someone to reinvent the wheel. We know the plays to run and how to run them. We are looking for someone to run the method, and effectively manage a sales team.

Salary Range: $95657.00 - $210824.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
  • Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction
  • Work opportunities using lead management system
  • Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients
  • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer???s individual needs
  • Handle customer inquiries as necessary
  • Follow-up on all new business sales to inquire about Life insurance and referrals
  • Develop,maintain and improveknowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Effectively lead and develop sales team
  • Actively recruit high-quality team members to your agency
