Responsibilities & Requirements Include:

• Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Excellent customer service & relationship building
• Cold call, direct email, mail and perform other lead generation activities.
• Maintain phone time and sales quotas
• Understand, present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and personal goals
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a great self-starter
• Be capable of handling rejection and pushing through objections
• Be equipped with great communication and closing skills
• Must hold a Property and Casualty license or willing to obtain one.

Pay: $36,899.60 - $132,724.09 per year
