DebtEaze is a growing debt relief company looking to add enrollment agents to our team!

We adhere to strict compliance standards and provide much-needed help to borrowers struggling with their federal student loan debt.

Position Requirements:

• Full-time availability, office hours are 10am – 6pm

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with CRM software

Duties:

• Answering inbound calls
• Qualifying and educating leads while creating expectations and timelines
• Utilizing a consultative sales approach to explain programs and services
• Identifying opportunities, building value, overcoming objections, and converting to sales
• Maintaining a high closing ratio while adhering to compliance standards
• Corresponding with clients via phone, email, and SMS
• Maintaining pipeline
• Managing leads efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
