We are currently seeking a InfoSec Analyst - Data Loss Protection - Tampa, FL to join our team in Tampa, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

• This position is responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches
• The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of information security directives and activities in alignment within the end client’s data security policy
• Proven experience with enterprise class Data Loss Protection technologies
• Understanding of financial industry legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for information security
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative experience as a DLP Analyst, O365 Systems Administrator, NAS Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, Security Operations Analyst, or Information Security Analyst
• DLP policy development experience
• Proficient in all phases of SDLC using product models and/or Agile development. Must be proficient with testing policies
• Experience with processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to standards associated with accessing, altering and protecting organizational data

• 2+ years of experience as a DLP Analyst, O365 Systems Administrator, NAS Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, Security Operations Analyst, or Information Security Analyst
• Must have Data Loss Prevention/Protection (DLP) policy development experience
• 4+ years of experience as a people or team leader in Cyber Security or relevant functions
• Must have software development life cycle (SDLC) experience (ex. using product models and/or Agile development, and/or testing policies)

• 4+ years of experience with processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to standards associated with accessing, altering and protecting organizational data
• Understanding of financial industry legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for information security
• Professional written and verbal skills in communicating risk and driving remediation with business line risk management and other stakeholders
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Information Security certifications preferred: (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Security+)
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent work experience preferred
