Center for Human Services (CHS) is currently seeking a therapist to join our well established Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Program. CHS follows best practices by supporting home-based dyadic therapy to support reflective capacity, attuned parenting, and healthy social and emotional development in very young children. The therapist will provide infant and early childhood and perinatal mental health services to families located in North King County and South Snohomish County. This is a full time, non-exempt position that will be based out of our Lynnwood location. Salary range is $63,939 - $73,465 per year depending on experience and licensure.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Services/ Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • Current Agency Affiliated, Associate, or Fully Licensed MSW, MFT or MHC professional in Washington State
  • One or more years of clinical experience working therapeutically with families with children ages birth to six and/or pregnant/parenting people
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Experience navigating different systems (schools, child welfare, early intervention, etc.)
  • Committed to trauma informed and reflective practice
  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills
  • Commitment to confronting racism, sexism, heterosexism, and other discriminatory behaviors and attitudes
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Sense of humor
