Burton Mill Solutions has a new opportunity for an Industrial Painter to join our team of dedicated employees in our brand-new state of the art facility located in Ridgefield, WA. Come and grow with us!

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepares surfaces for painting via applying bondo where necessary, sanding and smoothing surfaces and wiping down parts
• Orders and selects paint and supplies for various machine applications
• Mixes and sprays epoxy paint on parts and machines
• Cleans spray equipment, paint booth and paint area
• Applies decals
• Installs glass in various machine bases
• Implement daily and weekly maintenance programs on paint shop equipment

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of apprenticeship program preferred
• 2 year technical training in construction or related field or in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures
• Demonstrated decision-making, analytical and trouble shooting skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must possess excellent mathematical capabilities to perform measurements and calibrations etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Promote safety and adhere to safety standards of the company
