Job Responsibilities

This is an inbound customer service program with a focus on efficiency and customer resolution. You will be answering calls for a state specific Drive EZ Pass program and handling any issues, questions, account changes, or payments regarding tolls that the customer have acquired.

Schedules we're looking for 7am to 5pm with Saturday's 8am to 2pm

Job Requirements

Requirements for this CSR role include the below:

  • Willingness to learn and a passion for helping people
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
  • Experience working in a Customer Service related field or call center environment, a plus
  • Background and/or drug test may be required
