Job Description Summary

The Implementation Specialist is an industry professional who understands the value of results-driven customer service and is responsible for all client communications, setting up the client billing metrics and performing complex problem-solving using Excel analytics. They will also handle a smaller monthly billing portfolio.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

• Master use of all existing AMS billing and payment systems.
• Understand and configure utility billing at a high capacity (RUBs, Sub-metering, count factors, utility statements, billing process, etc.).
• Be able to set pricing using utility statement data or published tariffs from utility providers.
• Analyst will review ALL customers utility pricing accuracy quarterly.
• Produce ad-hoc financial reporting, internal audits and reports to senior management or to external clients.
• Set up new client accounts for accurate allocation and maximize NOI for portfolios.
• Effectively communicate with the sales, accounting and management departments internally and externally.
• To be able to create and improve onboarding procedures for all AMS products and services.
• Schedule and host kick off and training calls with new clients.
• Manage a tracking system to ensure all needed implementation project tasks are completed.
• Fully support new customers for at least (60) days from Go-Live date.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

• Comprehensive understanding of public utilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with multifamily billing a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Experience with commercial utilities, invoice processing and auditing.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum typing speed of 50wpm (words per minute).

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting Operations or related field preferred.
