  • Provide Taskforce management support as assigned
    • Serve as acting GM or department head for hotels as assigned
    • Provide support on project and initiatives that will impact hotel performance and operational effectiveness
  • Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for hotels which are aligned with Radisson’s overall mission, vision values and strategies
    • Provide diagnostic support for struggling hotels and develops and implements strategies for hotel operations that support achievement of the hotel’s goals
    • Supports the annual budget in conjunction with the portfolio’s Executive Committees
    • Continually improve hotel operations and adheres to Radisson brand standards
  • Supports portfolio wide 5YP initiatives
    • Evaluate, develop, and implement standard operating procedures across the portfolio
    • Support hotel technology selection and implementation efforts
  • Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing hotel operations (including rooms and food & beverage operations)
    • Directs hotel operations in accordance with Radisson’s standards of operations
    • Develops and implements operating procedures and standards that support employees’ in their effort to deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork
    • Analyzes business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate
    • Leverages system-wide expertise and resources where possible in order to incorporate best practices and deliver services on a cost effective basis
    • Sets objectives for each department and supervises the department manager
    • Implements the approved budget; monitors revenues and costs on a daily basis and takes corrective action
    • Controls costs by adhering to standards of operations for forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, payroll control and other expense management systems
  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork
    • Communicates and reinforces the vision for customer service to all managers, supervisors and employees
    • Creates an environment that encourages employees to provide the service brand behavior hospitality and teamwork
    • Ensures that all minimum requirements of the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee are in place and understood by all employees
    • Ensures that the hotel delivers 100% Guest Satisfaction by developing customer feedback avenues (soliciting input, reports, etc.) and focusing management team on identifying trends and developing and implementing solutions
    • Creates an environment that provides employees with the tools, training and environment they need to deliver the service brand behavior and teamwork
  • Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
