Job description
We’re looking for a person experienced in customer service to join our team as a Designer.
- Meeting clients in their homes to discuss their HVAC needs.
- Building a relationship with your clients during your visit.
- Recommending a solution that fits their situation.
- Answering all questions your clients have about your solution.
- Following up with your clients about their projects.
- After an agreed-upon project, walking a project manager through your design.
We’re going to handle: setting up your appointments, long-term follow-ups of clientele, walking clients through financing applications & approvals, city/county permitting, ordering equipment & project supplies.
- You aren’t willing to learn.

You’ll need to bring:
- Top-notch customer service skills.
- Successful experience managing relationships.
- Solid verbal communication skills.
- An optimistic, never-quit attitude.
Even Better If:
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
- Previous sales experience.
