Tapestry Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager (Virtual) to lead all aspects of our people strategy. In this role you will serve on the company’s leadership team, reporting directly to the President of Tapestry. You will have wide latitude to shape all aspects of human resources for a thriving organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of people strategy/employee experience – charting the course for
    • Compensation and benefits,
    • Recruitment and retention – retaining and growing talent,
    • Employee Relations, and
    • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Managing the HR staff and developing and deploying HR processes and policies to support and educate managers and employees
  • Working in concert with Boeing functional counterparts – providing cross-functional coordination/influence for seamless integration
  • Interfacing with all level of leaders, while serving as a working manager
  • Continuous improvement to meet organizational and stakeholder needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ten years’ experience as a Human Resources professional
  • Three years’ experience as a manager, leading an HR team
  • Experience in compensation and benefits

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Passion for excellence
  • Strong critical thinking skills and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of HR best practices across industry
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers for benefits, e.g. health insurance, 401k

This position is an virtual with some travel to worksites as needed.
