Job Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with Aspire system – preferred
Proven organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
5+ years of professional experience payroll processing, benefits management, onboarding, employee relations
A positive attitude: you're a team player, and work effectively with all teams.
Able to thrive in a multifaceted dynamic changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

As the HR/Administrative Coordinator, you will work and perform a variety of HR and financial reporting assignments on a professional level.
Perform day to day tasks such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, and terminations
Explains company benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
Facilitate candidate prescreening and interview dates, with reviewing resumes, and following up with candidates.
Assist with new hire orientation.
Provide a welcoming experience for new hires
Compile and update employee records
Employee relations support.
Respond to frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard HR policies and processes, referring and/or collaborating on more complex questions/ situations.
Evaluate human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
Explain company policies, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.

Supply procurement, Support Aspire month end close process, Support Financial month end close process, accounting reconciliation projects, branch errands
Administrative support to Branch Manager
Assist with special projects and administrative duties
