Shifts are 10am-4pm, 4pm-8:30(close)

Starting pay is $13/hr

After 90 days eligible for $14/hr when performance standards are continuously met

After 6 months eligible for $15/hr when performance standards are continuously met.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Answer phones, take orders
• Wrap and consolidate orders
• Dress hoagie with the requested toppings
• Slice hoagies using meat slicer (must be 18+ to use slicer)
• Prepare ingredients
• Keep the store in presentable condition
• Maintain cleanliness of store
• Be reliable and dependable
• Have a sense of urgency and decisiveness
• Be a positive influence on all customers and coworkers at PrimoHoagies Springfield
