Job description
Prior Homeowner Association community management experience a must. Manage 7-9 Homeowners associations in the Phoenix, metro area. Manage onsite facilities. Supervise vendors. Return calls and emails from Board members and homeowners. Approve invoices for payment. CC&R violation inspections.
Includes a good salary, simple IRA pension plan, paid health insurance, auto allowance and a pleasant work environment.
