We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance with a depth of knowledge of nationwide state regulations, to include radiology, safety, laboratory, and infection control with a passion for ensuring regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures and will implements and administers programs, policies, and practices to ensure that organization complies with TJC, OSHA, Radiation Safety, CLIA, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards.
- Ensure that the Company is compliant with respective State, Federal, and International regulations
- Responsible for completing applications, and maintaining necessary registrations
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and updates
- Oversee the training and education of employees on healthcare compliance matters
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address potential compliance issues
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance management
- Strong understanding of individual state healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Knowledge of radiology registrations and certification requirements
- Knowledge of CLIA registrations and certification requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
