Stafford Hills is looking for enthusiastic and engaging people to join our team! Our team creates the first and last impressions of the Club by providing an exemplary level of customer service for all members and guests. This position also supports the high-end experience by performing basic custodial services to help maintain daytime cleanliness and safety standards. High-level customer service is defined as anticipating and exceeding the expectations of the member and/or guest’s needs while upholding the Stafford Hills Club Five-Point Pledge.

Shifts: (shift times are approximations and some flexibility in start/end times are available)

• Weekday shifts - 5am-1:00pm; 3pm-10:30pm
• Weekend shifts - 6am-2pm; 10am-6pm; 2pm-10:30pm

Qualifications:

• A LOVE of working in a customer service oriented environment
• Proactive with a POSITIVE attitude
• Strong ability to MULTI-TASK
• Work collaboratively in a TEAM environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet members & guests upon arrival at the Club
• Manage in-person and phone reservations including bookings for swim lanes, tennis courts, programs and group fitness classes
• Register guests collecting necessary information
• Provide information about upcoming programs
• Laundry Service
• Light housekeeping duties such as stocking supplies, wiping down counters, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
