Job Summary:

To provide advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.


Job Duties:

Determines work priorities, assigns and schedules work load for the Campus Store & Gift Shops.

  • Develops and refines office policies and procedures.
  • Executes a variety of clerical duties.
  • Performs inventory, stocking, and provides excellent customer service.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department.
  • Performs related duties as required.

*This is a contract position through UTMB HealthCare Systems Staffing. There are no benefits associated with this position.*

Work Schedule:

Various shifts, 5 days a week.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent AND two years related experience.

EQUIPMENT: Standard office equipment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Standard office and customer service environment.
