Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN is looking for hardworking general sub-contractors to add to our Cookeville area team, currently looking for General Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers, and rehabs.
Qualifications:
Experience in General Contractors/ Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following:
- plumbing
- CHA
- electrical
- HVAC
- repair
- painting
- flooring
- lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement
- Site up clean
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own transportation
- You are reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- You MUST have your own equipment and tools
