JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Sport Clips store in the Hamlin Town Center in Horizon West (Winter Garden), the fastest growing area in Orlando and the second-largest planned community in the nation! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As the Assistant Manager, you have the opportunity to build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and also foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.
The Assistant Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A valid Florida cosmetology or barber license
