Job description

We are currently an independent hotel that has converted to a newly renovated Motel 6. We are looking for front desk staff for day and night shifts who bring a spirit of fun, authenticity, collaboration, and genuine hospitality to their life and work.

If you are interested, please come by the hotel located at 1410 SE Washington Blvd Ste A, Bartlesville, OK 74006 anytime between 9am-5pm Monday -Friday and ask for the manager Jordyn.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Embody the values + guiding principles of our hotel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Has great customer service skills and is able to use check-in systems to check guests in and out

• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning resources
• Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
• Assist with lobby cleaning procedures on a daily basis

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader

MUST HAVES:

• Passion for creating amazing experience for our guests
• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication and empowerment to all team members and hotel guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Guest services experience is preferred but not required
• Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
• Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
