About the Role

Twill is hiring a talented Growth Marketing Manager to assume hands-on management and execution of paid marketing strategies. You will focus on activating and scaling paid and organic (SEO/ASO) channels efficiently across Twill's major business lines and DTC products. This role will report to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and user touch points across web and app.

This role is open to remote candidates, with a preference for candidates based in New York. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth media strategy in partnership with Sr. Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Work with Sr. Growth Marketing Manager and VP of DTC Marketing on larger product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business revenue goals.
  • Have a pulse on performance metrics. Analyze data and funnels to understand campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
  • Using technical tools and systems, such as analytics platforms and reporting tools, to track and report on paid marketing performance and ASO/SEO changes. Ability to understand attribution-related nuances between app and web.
  • Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap to improve engagement and CVR, CPA, and CAC.
  • Ability to manage agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, and performance feedback.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment with previous experience managing a minimum of $250K+ monthly budgets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic background in marketing, communications, or public health.
  • Proven success in marketing and/or communications with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta, Google Adwords, and other Ad Networks.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to monitor performance/metrics and track KPIs.
  • Experience with MMPs and a strong understanding of app and web attribution is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000/year. In addition to base salary, Twill offers equity, benefits, and perks as part of the total compensation package.
