Join the AF Duarte family! We are looking for a rockstar part-time Personal Trainer position here at Anytime Fitness in Duarte, California.
Job Responsibilities:

- Growing and retaining the membership base.
- Providing initial fitness assessments, and FMS to members and non-members.
- Follow, Plan, and conduct comprehensive personal training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with workout programs, achieve desired results, and remain motivated to attain personal fitness goals.
- Provide a broad spectrum of programs taking into consideration the client’s specific needs, physical limitations, and time available.
- Learn and utilize the training management software utilized by the club.
- Follow, Plan, and conduct Small-Group Training sessions.
- Fulfill Member Service requirements.
Duties may include the following:
- Fitness Assessments & Equipment Orientations.
- Fitness Equipment Cleaning.
- Promote and sell training programs and services.
- Conducting gym tours and membership sign-ups.
- Develop and maintain a training client base.
Requirements:
- Prefer nationally accredited Personal Training certification - Prefer 1-2 years of personal training or program design experience or a B.S. in Kinesiology, Dietetics, or Nutrition.
- Prefer sales experience.
- Prefer Management experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay.
Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
Experience:
- Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred).
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Certified Personal Trainer Certification (Preferred).
- AED Certification (Preferred).
