The Google Ads and Analytics Specialist manages the ads for our family of branded sites. We rely mostly on organic traffic and have just begun the advertising journey. We need a knowledgeable self-directed individual to lead the way so we can reach more people and heal more lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze and evaluate lead generation efforts, opportunities and performance metrics to drive growth through effective marketing programs.

· Monitor and measure results against overall cost of acquisition goals and make budget recommendations as appropriate.

· Deliver standardized reporting against benchmarks on all campaigns.

· Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost digital web presence.

· Define, monitor and optimize SEO and SEM performance metrics.

· Optimize Google ad efforts, and then expand advertising to other platforms.

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a lead gen analyst or similar position

· PPC, SEO, social media experience

· Strong reporting and date analysis skills and working knowledge of analytics tolls like Google Analytics.

· Ability to communicate insights clearly and accurately.

· Self-driven and highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude,
