What You’ll do as a Port Fuel Manager:

• Train and develop Team Members.
• Engage with the store team and Guests to provide excellent Guest service.
• Oversee the sales personnel and fuel purchasing, coordinate all payment types for product sold and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean store for an inviting Guest experience, both inside and outside.
• Oversee all merchandising of retail products and ensure it is stocked, priced, and promoted correctly.
• Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations including the sale of tobacco and alcohol product.
• Additional responsibilities assigned.
