At Coram, we believe that Pharmacy Warehouse Associates are a part of maintaining organization in our branches, therefore creating a positive experience for our patients. In this dynamic role, you will assist with the picking/packing, shipping/receiving, and inventory of medical products.

You will…

• Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
• Life medical supplies weighing at least 25 pounds at a time
• Be a backup the purchasing coordinator and assist with the purchasing of medical supplies and equipment. Help with inventory control measures including receiving, stocking and record keeping of product.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Guide communication between patients and the specialty pharmacy team.
• Pick and pull medical supplies and equipment for patient orders, in preparation for shipment and delivery of product to a patient's home.
• Work with UPS, Federal Express and couriers to ensure pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.

Typical working hours for this position are 11:00-7:30 pm, 11:30-8:00 pm, or 12:00-8:30 Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts. Overtime and on call rotation generally every 5 to 6 weeks.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 16.00
Maximum: 25.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year warehouse experience.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical warehouse or healthcare experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team

Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
