Very busy & established upscale Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar looking for a FULL or PART time ASSISTANT MANAGER.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
*Working along side the General Manager and Owner in daily duties
*Assist in running front and back of house
*Understanding restaurant procedures & helping make sure staff complies with same
*Be responsible for opening and/or closing procedures
*Assisting in daily operation
*Italian restaurant experience, knowledge of kitchen operations and Wine knowledge all a plus.
Front of house service experience a must, willing to groom the right person into the position, opportunity to grow with the company
Part or Full Time
