Front Desk Receptionist - Full-Time 3pm-11pm
For over 35 years, North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community located in Needham, Massachusetts, has provided vibrant living opportunities to people 65+ by offering a host of hospitality, wellness and health care services. The COVID-19 Testing Administrator position is responsible for facilitating COVID-19 testing as required by the Mass DPH to the team members of Pines Edge. This position must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to communicate well with the public, and have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. The Facilitator of COVID-19 testing and documentation position reports directly to the ADON.
Jos Specific Duties:
  • Ensure all COVID-19 testing of staff is done in compliance with the regulation of MA DPH.
  • Guide team members in the process of obtaining the PCR and Binax-NOW tests.
  • Documenting and filing all Binax-NOW tests into the Casetivity reporting system for MA DPH.
  • Reporting to NHSN and CHIA as required in coordination with the Administrator.
  • Ordering necessary Supplies for COVID-19 testing.
  • Printing labels to order and label all specimens to be sent to the lab for COVID-19 testing.
  • Coordinating specimen pick ups with ProEMS service.
  • Review PCR test results and communicate with Administer and DON on test results.
  • Other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year experience in the health care industry.
