Klug Law Firm, established in 1977, is expanding and is looking to hire a full-time receptionist who has a passion for the legal field and wants to work in the Lansing area. The desired candidate would thrive in a team environment, as they will be working with four attorneys and two legal assistants.

Applicant should be friendly and professional as they will be responsible for greeting and directing clients. Other responsibilities will include the following:

· Answering phones, taking detailed messages and scheduling appointments

· Greeting clients and completing client intake

· Receiving, scanning, sorting and filing daily mail

· Managing calendars for four attorneys including calendaring deadlines and hearings

· Ordering and organizing office supplies

· Maintaining client files

May include some travel outside of work, with expenses reimbursed. Applicant must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm. Applicant should have at least 3 years of relevant job experience.
