We looking for dynamic, customer service oriented individuals who want to grow or start a new career at a busy ophthalmology practice.

Responsibilities include Multi tasking,

Check in, check out and answer phones,

· Verify patient insurance entered properly

· Must have knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes.

· Manage unapplied payment reports

· Post Insurance ERA's, checks and patient payments

· Submit and follow up on vision claims

· Patient statements and follow up calls

· Ability to solve problems

We currently have part time and full time positions available. Excellent benefit package available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift

• Lakewood, NJ 08701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
