Stillman Law Office is a Collections Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation.
As part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are looking to fill a Front Desk Coordinator/Client Service Representative position.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of multi-line phones
- Manage front desk to stay compliant with visitors, employees, clients and consumers
- Learn Cogent; data-based computer system
Skills and Abilities:
- High energy, hard-working, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining personal excellence
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Education and Experience:
- Prior front desk experience preferred
- High school degree preferred
Attendance:
- Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to work regular business hours of 8:20 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
