The Elite Companies serviced include Elite Landscape Construction, EMTS, Elite Private Landscape, Stockbridge General Contracting, Live Action General Engineering, SRVC, Lokes Rental Equipment, and Stock Five Holdings. We're currently looking for an Elite Front Desk Coordinator to join our amazing team in Clovis, CA.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for directing incoming communication with the office and assisting the HR department with day-to-day activities and tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred and one or more years of related Administrative / Reception experience.

  • Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
  • Use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials

CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


  • Front Desk / Reception
    • Bilingual communication, both verbal and written
    • Answer multi-line phones, assess and direct calls in a professional and friendly manner
    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
    • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Administrative
    • Stock copy machine and Kit paper 1/day and maintain copy room organization (upstairs and downstairs)
    • Submit copy machine malfunctions to maintenance provider and order toner, where applicable
    • Collect, place, and distribute office supply orders
    • Prepare mail and packages daily, sort by company
      • Incoming – date and scan, deliver to the appropriate team member / company
      • Outgoing – ensure postage and safe delivery
    • Laminate items as needed for various teams / companies
    • Maintain ShoreTel phone directory
    • Maintain main fax line and forward faxes to appropriate team member / department / company
    • Stock fridges with beverages: Conference room, kitchen, and LAGE General Manager
    • Maintain kitchen maintenance and stocking
    • Lock EMTS restroom and shop door nightly
    • Responsible for providing Stems with an monthly update of administrative employee birthdays
    • Additional duties as assigned
  • Payroll Support
    • Assist with overnight payroll to required jobsites
    • Assist with mailing out direct deposit check stubs to appropriate team members
  • HR Support
    • Assist with follow-up on new hire packets, as appropriate
    • Communicate with potential candidates
    • Process background checks
    • Provide applicants with physical/drug screen referrals
    • Additional duties as assigned
