Oakwood Resort is actively seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to who can deliver a great experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to dive into a career in the hospitality industry. This position will work the hours of 3pm-11pm.
Front Office Duties
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist guests with special requests
- Answer phone calls to make reservations and answer questions in relation to our resort and local area
- Communicate directly with housekeeping and maintenance departments to enhance guest experience
- Complete shift checklist to ensure consistency and a successful operation
