Job description
The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for successfully leading and monitoring all work assigned to food operations including any or all of the following: production, purchasing, sanitation, patient food services, retail, procurement, food distribution and catering. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of MercyOne.Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience in Food & Nutrition or related field.
*** Minimum of 3 years progressive more responsible experience in food operations preferred
Food Safety Certification preferred. Mandatory Reporter.
